Parenting During this Period of Physical Distancing & Isolation

Parenting prior to the pandemic was a‚Äčlready one of the most challenging jobs. Parenting during COVID-19 is even more stressful. Many people are anxious, worried and afraid. You are not alone.


Through counselling and coaching, I will help you feel supported and understood, and will provide you with tools and tips for coping through this difficult period. I can assist with some of the day-to-day stressors and provide practical survival strategies such as establishing a schedule, setting limits/discipline, bedtime routines, sibling conflict, behaviour management, remote learning, technology use and co-parenting.
